By aggregating data related to profits & losses, absenteeism, overtime and training, we highlight discrepancies compared to the targets set at the beginning of each year. Given the scale of Johnson & Johnson, it is crucial to provide managers with a clear understanding of their control and the progress achieved or possible. Our solution not only ensures data integrity but also empowers managers with actionable insights.
