I am currently a senior undergraduate at the Florida State University obtaining my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in May 2014. After graduation I plan to pursue a career in the field of mechanical engineering with a concentration in sustainable energy. To prepare myself for this career choice I am currently focusing my studies in courses and projects that emphasize renewable energy and improving energy efficiency, such as this senior project.

I am currently a senior undergraduate at Florida State University. I will receive my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in May 2014. After graduation I plan to work in the pulp and paper industry and to obtain my P.E. after my first four years of experience. To prepare for this industry I have focused my studies on thermal fluids and heat transfer. I have also taken special courses in the design of machinery.
Samantha Zeidel

Currently, I am a senior in the Mechanical Engineering program at the FAMU and FSU College of Engineering. After graduation, I plan on using my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering to pursue a career in aeronautics. To do this, I plan on attending graduate school to do further research in aeronautics and fluid dynamics. I am also currently attending classes on these subjects as undergraduate electives in order to prepare for any research I might need in the future.
