Jonathan Childress

Jon is a graduating senior at the FSU-FAMU College of Engineering. He aspires to help create ground-breaking robotic armatures for use in medical prosthetics. His immediate plan is to spend several years in industry before returning to college to pursue a higher education in electro-mechanical design.

Michelle Hood

Michelle is a spring 2006 graduate from Florida State University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in thermal fluids. She is currently looking for work and plans on working within her specialized field. She hopes to one day become a professional engineer and help enhance the role of women in engineering today.


Daniel Miller

Daniel is currently at the FSU-FAMU College of Engineering majoring in Mechanical Engineering. His current career interests are in the Nuclear Power Generation and Robotics industries. Daniel is currently an active member in the National Society of Black Engineers and Inroads Organizations.


Thomas Tracy Jr.

Tom is a graduate from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is concerned with the effect of global warming on the world today and hopes to contribute to the field of sustainable and renewable energy. This project has been a valuable experience where he has learned to utilize all the knowledge he has gained from his years as an undergraduate at FSU. His future plans include attending graduate school at Florida State and obtaining his Doctorate in his field of interest.
