- Visual aids (sketches, graphs, drawings, photos, models, slides,
transparency, web) often convey information more efficiently and effectively.
Visual aids permits dual sense of hearing and seeing, apart from helping the
speaker.

- Limit slides (Viewgraphes) to not more than one per minute

slides. Prepare notes for each slide and use it during practice.

communication not distract.
