PROBLEM: A winmail.dat file was found.

This is a garbage file that is attached to e-mails by certain Microsoft
servers.  It has to do with using RTF; however, E-mails should use plain text,
not RTF, anyway.

SOLUTION: A web page on Microsoft explains how to get rid of this garbage:

Basically, in your address book entry of the recipient, if any, select
properties and clear the RTF box.  Or ask your system administrator to
turn it off completely.
