Philosopher. Writer. Thinker.
Poet. Environmentalist. Inspiring.
Informative.
All of these terms can be used to describe
the artist Mohsen Lihidheb. For he is a magnificent artist, though he does not use paints
and brushes, oils and pastels, nor clay and stone. Mohsen brings
new meaning to the saying
"One man's garbage is another man's treasure." Except in his case, the garbage
and litter that can be found on the beaches of the
Mediterranean
in Tunisia are what
Mohsen uses to create his artwork.
Mohsen currently holds the Guinness Book of World Records record for the
largest collection of different objects (26820), has been mentioned in many newspaper
articles, and has many visitors to his Sea Memories Museum every week.
