Discussions:

• During this meeting we got together to discuss and complete the needs assessment and project scope that will be turned in and reviewed with Dr. Shih and Dr. Waryoba
• We discussed and rewrote our needs assessment discussed with our customer in meeting 3
• For the project scope we developed a clear and concise problem statement
• We also expounded the use and users of the product and researched further on the existing solutions to our problem statement
• We next discussed our objective using the SMART method: contains characteristics that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time framed.
• Our methodology for completing our project was detailed and written out as far as our current knowledge could expound on it.
• We also came together and agreed on some expected results and what we wanted from the robot and what our customer wanted from the robot. We also decided what would be delivered and produced by the end of the design process in the spring
• We also discussed the real constraints and brainstormed on how to overcome these constraints or how to stay inside of them.

Charting and Calendaring of the discussed aspects of the project should be put together to keep these ideas in mind for future planning uses.
